Recruiting context is the shared information Speiros can use to understand your company and hiring needs. Start with the facts a candidate would need to understand the opportunity: what the company does, how the team works, and what you can confidently say about the role.
Your personal Sender profile is separate. Keep company facts here and check the identity of the person sending messages in Sender profile.
Before you start
Use the workspace for the company you are recruiting for. Have its website URL and any corrections ready. An agency operator's LinkedIn employer may be different from the hiring company.
Build the first context
- During setup, use Your company. If you postponed it, return through Choose a company and build your context in Work.
- Choose the correct suggested company, or select Other company and enter Company website URL. Wait for company suggestions to finish loading before choosing one.
- Select Build my context. Speiros prepares context for your review from the website and relevant LinkedIn information.
- Open Recruiting context. If you are starting there with an empty workspace, select Build context with Speiros. With existing context, select Open Speiros.
- Explain missing facts or corrections in the conversation. Identify which company, team, or hiring process each fact belongs to.
- Review the suggested changes before accepting them.
For example: “We recruit for Northstar Studio, not the agency shown on my LinkedIn profile. Our engineering team works remotely within France. Please leave compensation unspecified until I confirm it.”
Check the result
Read the resulting sections and their Sources. Company context should contain supported facts and clearly identify anything still unknown. Preparing a proposal does not publish it; accepting the proposal publishes the reviewed change.
If something is missing
Use Refresh suggestions if company discovery has not finished. You can select Choose a company later and resume from Work. If the website gives incomplete or outdated information, tell Speiros what is wrong and supply the corrected facts rather than accepting an inaccurate proposal.
Continue with context sources or create a role.
