Read Audit log

Find recorded operator controls and provider-confirmed LinkedIn actions.

On this page

Settings → Audit log records supported workspace control changes and provider-confirmed LinkedIn actions. Use it alongside the candidate’s sequence history, not as a complete transcript of every provider interaction.

Before you begin

You need access to the correct workspace. To narrow a record, use the exact Mission or candidate identifier when you have it; the filter fields currently say Mission ID and Lead ID.

Find an event

  1. Open Settings → Audit log.
  2. Choose an Action, or leave All actions selected.
  3. Optionally enter Mission ID or Lead ID, and select From and To dates. The end date must be on or after the start date.
  4. Click Apply filters. Use Clear to remove the filters.
  5. Read the event’s action, actor, summary, timestamp, and linked references. Use Load 50 more when offered.

Supported action labels include Sender changes, sending-window and limits changes, Do Not Contact changes, Mission lifecycle and approval-mode changes, and confirmed LinkedIn invitations, messages, and withdrawals.

Read the evidence grade

Control committed records a completed control change. Provider confirmed records the confirmed external action represented by that event. A committed approval-mode change is not proof of a message send.

Feed timestamps display UTC. Open the linked Mission or candidate when you need the exact sequence context, and compare the timezone when reading its diagnostics.

If history is unavailable

Choose Retry. If the screen says it is showing the last verified audit page, treat it as stale; loading more is disabled until refresh succeeds. No matching audit events applies to a fresh filtered result, not a failed load. Broaden the filters before concluding the event is absent.
