Speiros does not display every timestamp in one timezone. Check the setting or label on the screen you are using before comparing times.
Before you begin
Identify whether you are checking a sending window, booking availability, a conversation, or an execution event. An estimated send time remains approximate regardless of timezone.
Check the relevant clock
| Surface | Timezone used |
|---|---|
| Settings → Sender → Sending schedule | The Sender’s Timezone field governs its configured sending window. |
| Sender status and next-eligible timestamps | The Sender’s schedule timezone. |
| Meeting calendar → Booking settings | Its own Timezone field for booking settings. |
| Reply messages and scheduled/sent reply times | The receiving Sender’s schedule timezone. |
| Sequence Execution diagnostics and Durable history | Currently Europe/Paris, explicitly labeled in diagnostics. |
| Audit log and Candidate activity feed timestamps | UTC in the absolute feed timestamp. |
Check or change a setting
- In Settings → Sender, inspect the sending Start, End, active days, and Timezone.
- If those settings need correction, use a named timezone such as
Europe/Paris, then choose Save sender settings. - Separately inspect Booking settings → Timezone and its availability window. Use Save booking settings for a booking change.
- Return to the affected work and read the timestamp label again.
Changing a sending schedule does not establish that a message was sent at the displayed estimate. Booking settings do not replace the Sender’s sending schedule.
If times appear inconsistent
Compare the same event with its timezone included. Named zones can have seasonal clock changes, so do not assume Europe/Paris always has one fixed offset from UTC. For an unresolved discrepancy, share the event, displayed time, and both timezone settings with Support.
