Review a candidate against the role's requirements, using the evidence available. A plausible headline or inferred field is a starting point for assessment, not confirmation that the person fits.
Before you start
You need a candidate in Candidates, or a proposed profile in a recruiting search. Keep the role's essential criteria available while reviewing.
Inspect an existing candidate
- Open Candidates and open the person's details from the table.
- Check the name, available profile information, and Coordinates. Verify that a profile or contact detail belongs to the right person.
- Check Do not contact or Contactable before considering outreach. Contactable means no global Do Not Contact restriction is shown; it is not proof that a channel can send.
- Review Lists and Missions to understand existing selection and recruiting work. Open a mission for its context or the displayed sequence revision for execution details.
- Under Imported and inferred information, inspect each field's value, source, state, confidence where available, and freshness. Resolve uncertain or outdated facts before relying on them.
For a search proposal that has not been imported, inspect its linked profile and ask Speiros for the supporting evidence. Tell it which findings matter to the role and which need verification.
Keep a useful view
Use the table's filters and visible columns to focus your review. Save view saves that arrangement for you; it does not create a shared list or enroll the displayed people in a mission. Use Save changes to update a saved view.
Check the result
You should be able to explain why you retained or excluded the candidate, which facts support that decision, and whether contact restrictions or other recruiting work affect the next step.
If Candidate unavailable appears, close and reopen the details after checking your workspace. If sequence history is unavailable, reopen the drawer; avoid interpreting an unavailable history panel as proof that no action occurred.
Continue with organize lists or Do not contact.
