Confirming a candidate selection enrolls those people for research and planning. It does not approve a message or sequence.
This review happens after preparing a draft mission, not before creating it. Start with an open role, a connected LinkedIn Sender, and a reviewed active static list. The current mission-preparation flow accepts a cohort of 1–50 candidates.
Review the proposed audience
- Open the review offered by the recruiting conversation or mission. The dialogue is labelled Proposed audience; some controls still refer to candidates as “Leads”.
- Read the proposed people, role and company information, and linked LinkedIn profile where available.
- Use the search field to narrow the displayed people. Select individuals, Select all visible, or Clear selection as appropriate. Check the total selected count before confirming; a filtered display is not the whole proposal.
- Select Confirm audience when the exact selection is ready.
- Verify the confirmation, then open the mission and inspect its next research or planning step.
Resolve another active mission
A candidate already enrolled in another active mission cannot be enrolled again by simply retrying. Open the named owning mission to understand its existing work.
Review affected Leads opens Choose Leads to move. The conflicting people are unchecked by default. Select only those you intend to move, then choose Move selected Leads and confirm when you accept the consequences. Moving a person removes them from the previous mission and cancels their unsent work there; an already authorized provider action can remain in progress.
You can also leave the conflicting people excluded and confirm the remaining selection. Decide deliberately rather than treating the conflict as a technical error to bypass.
If the proposal cannot be confirmed
Read the error and reopen the current proposal if it has changed. Verify that the role remains open, the source list is available, and the selection is non-empty. Do not infer that a failed confirmation enrolled the displayed people.
Continue with review research and drafts and mission controls.
