Connect an interview calendar

Connect Google or Outlook and set the availability Speiros may use.

The meeting calendar supports interview coordination. Its availability settings are separate from the Sender's outreach schedule.

Before you start

Use a Google or Outlook account whose calendar you are authorized to connect. Check the active workspace. Only one meeting-calendar connection is supported at a time.

Connect and configure

  1. Open Settings → Sender → Meeting calendar.
  2. Under Target calendar, choose Connect Google Calendar or Connect Outlook Calendar and complete authorization.
  3. Return and check the provider, account, and Connected state.
  4. In Booking settings, set Timezone, working hours and days, default meeting duration, buffers, and minimum notice.
  5. Set Target calendar id (optional) only if you need a specific calendar. Leaving it empty uses the primary calendar.
  6. Choose Save booking settings and check the confirmation.

Check the result

The intended calendar account is connected and your booking settings are saved. A connected calendar or shared booking link does not itself prove an interview was confirmed; check the actual scheduling result.

Reconnect or disconnect

If the connection shows Reconnect required, choose Reconnect, authorize the same account, and recheck its state. Disconnect removes the connection after confirmation. To use a different provider, disconnect the current one before connecting another.

If authorization or saving fails, read the error and retry the appropriate operation. For repeated failures, contact Support with the provider and visible message.

Next, add a booking or company resource. For unexpected times, see Timezones.
