Set the boundaries of contact before approving work. The Mission account assignment and the account connection are separate settings.
Before you begin
Open the intended Recruiting mission. You need workspace operator access and a connected account for any channel you want to authorize. Available channels depend on your workspace and connected account; a selectable channel alone does not prove sending is available.
Check the boundaries
- Open the Mission’s More mission actions menu and choose Mission details.
- Find Contact channels. Review the Assigned account and whether each channel is Authorized or Not authorized.
- To authorize an available account, choose it and click the channel’s Authorize button, such as Authorize LinkedIn. If the account is unavailable, recover it in Settings → Sender first.
- To block future sequence sends on a channel, click the channel’s Revoke button, such as Revoke LinkedIn and confirm the dialog.
- In More mission actions, choose Review approval for human review, or Auto approval and confirm Enable Auto if you want future sequences approved automatically on authorized channels.
Auto approval affects future sequences; existing approvals remain unchanged. Sending still depends on account readiness, schedule, limits, and execution checks. Channel revocation preserves history and assignments. It does not mark the candidate Do not contact or change the channel used for a reply.
If a setting cannot be saved
Read the error and refresh the current Mission state before trying again. An account attached to existing work may not be replaceable. Recover the original account rather than assuming another Sender can take over its tasks.
