Decisions and conversations

Review research and prepared messages

Check candidate evidence and the proposed contact plan before approval.

Review the candidate’s evidence and the wording of the proposed sequence before deciding whether contact is appropriate.

Before you begin

The Mission must have a confirmed candidate selection and research or drafts to inspect. Check that you are reviewing the intended role and candidate.

Review the work

  1. Open the Recruiting mission and read the conversation, including questions or decisions awaiting you.
  2. Open People to inspect the selected candidates, then open a person’s detail to review their research and proposed next step. Use Pulse for the Mission journal.
  3. If context or wording needs correction, explain the change in the Mission conversation. Identify the candidate and the factual correction precisely.
  4. When a sequence is ready, follow its link to Sending plan. Check the candidate, Mission, account, What happens next, and Planned touches.
  5. Where the current unsent sequence offers editing, change its text and choose Save new revision. Review the full revised plan before approving it.

Eligible sequences may also offer Remove touch or Add touch. Use only controls offered for the current sequence, and only a channel confirmed available and authorized for this Mission. A saved revision is a draft change, not proof of sending.

If research or editing is unavailable

A missing draft does not mean an agent is currently working. Read the Mission’s current status and any requested decision. If a sequence has sent or locked work, editing controls can be absent. Do not create a replacement sequence merely to bypass that restriction; review the execution history first.
