Prepare a recruiting Mission

Move from an open role and a candidate list to a confirmed Mission cohort.

Prepare a Mission when you are ready to research and plan contact with a specific group of candidates.

Before you begin

You need an open role, a Sourcing conversation linked to that role, an active static list containing 1–50 candidates, and a connected LinkedIn Sender. You must have operator access to the workspace. Explore without a role supports exploration; it is insufficient for preparing a Mission.

Prepare and confirm

  1. Click Start recruiting, choose an open role in Choose a role, and click Start recruiting. If necessary, use Create a role first.
  2. In the recruiting conversation, identify the exact active list and explain the hiring objective. Ask Speiros to prepare a Mission from that list.
  3. Review Proposed audience. Search within the proposal, select individual people, or use Select all visible. Use Clear selection to start again.
  4. Select at least one candidate and click Confirm audience.
  5. Follow the Mission continuation shown in the conversation to review research and planning.

Preparation creates a draft Mission and proposed cohort before your confirmation. Confirm audience enrolls your selection for research and planning. It does not approve a sequence or send a message.

If confirmation is blocked

If a selected candidate belongs to another active Mission, review the named Mission or choose Review affected Leads. Moving a candidate cancels unsent work there; already authorized provider work may still finish. Do not retry the same conflicting selection repeatedly. If the proposal changed, reload it and review the current selection.
