Approval authorizes the current sequence for execution. It does not confirm an external send.
Before you begin
You need an eligible sequence, operator access, and the intended Mission’s account and channel permissions. Review the research and drafts first.
Approve one sequence
- Open Work → Sending plan.
- Filter to the intended Mission and open the candidate’s sequence.
- Check the candidate, account, Planned touches, and What happens next. Read any relevant execution history.
- If changes are needed and editing is available, save a new revision and review it again.
- Click Approve Sequence when it is offered. Check the updated sequence state and next action.
If you do not want the proposed outreach, use Refuse where offered. Stopping a sequence is different from recording a global Do not contact decision.
Approve several sequences
Select only eligible rows you have reviewed, then use Batch approve (n). Confirm that the number matches your intended selection. Review the resulting states; a stale or ineligible sequence should not be treated as approved just because you submitted a batch.
If approval is unavailable
The current sequence may have changed, have no reviewable revision, or require a different action. Refresh and reopen its current detail. Resolve account or authorization errors instead of assuming approval bypasses them.
Result and next step
Approved work remains subject to schedules, limits, relationship state, and provider readiness. Ready or an estimated Now is not a confirmed send. Follow Sending plan and execution evidence.
