This guide applies to an existing manual Mission. Start a new recruitment with Start recruiting; the historical manual-create link now enters that same role-first flow.
Before you begin
You need operator access and an existing manual Mission. Its cockpit is distinct from a Mission agent conversation.
Inspect and control existing work
- Open the Mission. Check Manual Mission, its status, and its playbook, such as Invite, then message or Message connected Leads.
- Compare the selected and eligible candidates with the Audience exclusions. Excluded people remain in the recorded cohort; they are not silently removed.
- Read Queue truth. Distinguish Ready or executing, Waiting, Satisfied without a send, Stopped by reply or control, Provider-confirmed Sent, and Problems.
- Use Pause for an active Mission or Resume for a paused one, when offered.
- Click Open in Outbox to inspect the exact sequence in Sending plan and review its current history.
Launch created queued work; launch itself was not a message send. Only provider-confirmed evidence supports the Sent count.
Replies and failures
The sequence detail can offer Retry task, Queue reply, or Refuse reply for eligible historical work. Use the offered controls for the exact current task. A queued manual reply uses its originating Sender. Do not assume structural sequence editing is available for manual work.
For the canonical conversation review and editable response, use Needs you and replies when the conversation is available there.
If a control is absent
Check the Mission and sequence status. Completed work or an ineligible task may be read-only. Review history and the exclusion reason before requesting another action; a prior provider outcome must not be guessed from a queue state.
