Review candidate replies in Work → Needs you. Responses use the actual receiving account, channel, and conversation. A reply stops the current sequence; do not assume follow-up outreach will continue.
Before you begin
You need operator access and a current conversation. Check the candidate, Mission, channel, and account shown on the card. Some controls currently appear in French; their labels below match the screen.
Review and send
- Open the conversation in Needs you. Read the recorded messages; use Afficher les … messages précédents to reveal earlier messages when offered.
- Review the suggested response. Edit it in Écrire une réponse…, or write your own if no response was prepared.
- Check the exact message and receiving account, then click Envoyer (Send).
- If you change your mind, use Annuler (Undo) during the 10-second cancellation window.
- Check the resulting send status. Queued work is not a confirmed send.
Undo cancels the queued response during that window; it does not recall a message already sent. Recorded conversation history may not contain every earlier exchange from the provider.
Other decisions
| Control | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Plus tard — Later | You want to retain the conversation for later review. |
| Ne pas répondre — Do not reply | You want to close this item without sending a response. |
| Ne plus contacter — Do not contact | Further outreach to this candidate must stop across channels and Missions. |
Closing without a reply is distinct from Do not contact. A channel permission change is also distinct from a candidate contact decision.
If sending fails or the conversation changes
Refresh before acting on a changed conversation. Réessayer (Retry) appears only for a recoverable failure; use it for the existing identified task. If the send outcome is uncertain, read execution evidence before attempting another response.
