Choose a control according to what you want to stop. These controls affect different scopes.
Before you begin
Open the intended Mission and check its current state. For a workspace-wide sending hold, use Sending plan and verify its scope before acting.
Choose a control
| Control | Effect |
|---|---|
| Stop in the conversation | Requests cancellation of the observed agent turn. Background tasks already admitted can continue. |
| Pause after this turn | Lets current Mission work settle and prevents new Mission turns from starting. |
| Hold LinkedIn | Applies the Mission’s LinkedIn activity hold. |
| Revoke a contact channel | Blocks future sequence sends on that authorized channel while preserving history. |
| Complete Mission | Ends new Mission work and preserves the plan, evidence, history, and memberships. |
For a candidate who must receive no further outreach, use Do not contact.
Pause and resume
- Open the Mission and click Pause after this turn.
- Check Paused after this turn. Current work may still finish.
- When ready, click Resume and check the updated Mission state.
To hold only LinkedIn activity, open More mission actions and select Hold LinkedIn. Use Resume LinkedIn to clear that Mission hold. This is separate from cancelling an agent turn.
Finish the Mission
- Open More mission actions → Complete Mission.
- Read the confirmation and choose Complete Mission.
- Wait for already authorized activity to settle. The finishing view is read-only.
- Read the terminal report and preserved history.
Completing a Mission does not retract messages already sent or guarantee cancellation of provider work already authorized.
If sending remains paused
In Sending plan, Resume sending clears a manual global LinkedIn stop. It does not clear automatic or scoped protections. Inspect the remaining explanation rather than repeatedly clicking Resume. A Mission with a completed or failed report is read-only; do not assume it can be resumed.
