Work → Candidate activity shows informational relationship signals. It helps you inspect activity; decisions and replies belong in Needs you.
Before you begin
You need workspace access. Available signals depend on the connected provider and what has actually been recorded; this page does not imply every channel is available for sending.
Inspect activity
- Open Work → Candidate activity.
- Review the candidate scope. Choose All activity to include unmatched provider signals.
- Read the event title, channel, and time. Follow a candidate or Mission link when the event has an exact recorded association.
- Use Mark activity as seen on a new item when you have reviewed it.
- Use Load more activity when offered to read earlier records.
Interpret the signal
A Message read receipt or Message reaction observed reports a provider event. Email open measured and Email link click measured are tracking signals; they do not identify a physical reader or clicker. Qualified link clicked records an attributed click, not a booked interview. New relationship observed reports a relationship change. Email delivery failed reports a delivery failure, not a successful message.
An unmatched event can appear as Not linked to a Lead. Do not infer a candidate or Mission from a similar name. Marking activity as seen changes its review state; it does not approve outreach or respond to a candidate.
If the list is empty or unavailable
An empty candidate view can exclude unmatched signals; check All activity. If the section says Activity is unavailable, retry loading it. A failed load is not evidence of no activity.
