Understand Speiros

Learn how Speiros helps you research candidates and supervise a recruiting workflow.

On this page

Speiros helps you turn a hiring need into a search, a selected group of candidates, and reviewed conversations. You provide the role and company context, guide the search, decide whom to include, and choose how closely to supervise outreach.

Start with the work someone needs to do, the team they would join, and the evidence that would make a background relevant. Speiros can investigate profiles and propose candidates. Refine the search before committing to a group of people.

The recruiting workflow

  1. Build and review your Recruiting context.
  2. Create or choose an open role.
  3. Start a recruiting conversation and review the people it finds.
  4. Prepare a mission and confirm its candidates.
  5. Review the planned messages and sequences, then authorize the work you want to proceed.
  6. Follow Work for decisions, sending progress, and candidate conversations.

Finding a person does not authorize contacting them. Approval allows eligible work to proceed; provider confirmation shows whether an external action happened.

Your decisions stay visible

Use Needs you for replies and reviews waiting for your decision, Sending plan for planned work and its state, and Candidate activity for recorded interactions.

You can pause or complete a mission, change its controls, or mark a person Do not contact. Read Control and finish a mission to understand their different scopes.

What to expect

Work depends on the accounts, permissions, tools, and capacity available to your workspace. A connected account must still be eligible for an action, and mission authorization is separate from connection.

A sent message, a measured click, and a confirmed interview are different outcomes. Replies and hires depend on the people you approach; preparation is not a guarantee of a result.
