Keep the first selection small enough to review every person's evidence and each planned message. This guide connects the tasks; follow the linked articles for the detailed controls.
Before you start
You need access to the intended workspace and a LinkedIn account with the product access required for your search. Before sending, the Sender must be ready and eligible under its schedule and capacity. Finish or resume onboarding if setup is incomplete.
1. Establish the context and role
Open Recruiting context and describe the company and hiring need. Review suggested changes before accepting them. Explain the work, relevant backgrounds, and acceptable trade-offs.
Create and open the role. A draft role must be opened before it can anchor mission preparation.
2. Start and refine the search
Choose Start recruiting, select the open role, and continue. Explain the backgrounds and evidence to investigate in the recruiting conversation.
Review profiles and refine the direction before retaining people. Follow Search with Speiros and Review a candidate profile. A preview is a sample, not an approved contact list.
3. Prepare a mission and confirm candidates
Bring the people you want to consider into an active static list. Ask Speiros to prepare a mission from that list and the open role.
Review the proposed cohort and confirm the exact candidates. The draft mission exists before confirmation. Confirming people starts research and planning; it does not approve messages.
4. Review the work and controls
In the mission, clarify the approach and inspect research and drafts. Check the authorized accounts and channels.
For a first run, use Review approval to examine the sequences. Open Sending plan, inspect a candidate's sequence, and approve it when the intended actions and content are correct.
5. Verify what happened
Return to Sending plan. Approved work can still wait for a window, capacity, or another condition. Read its state and explanation.
Use provider-confirmed evidence to verify the first external action. Approval, a scheduled time, or Ready is not proof of delivery. For blocked sending, use Recover a sequence rather than creating another copy.
6. Continue from Work
Use Needs you for reviews and replies, and Candidate activity for recorded interactions. Review a suggested answer before sending and keep it tied to the receiving account.
Your first result is a confirmed action and a clear next step. An interview or hire requires its own evidence; it does not follow automatically from a message.
